THE city government here is putting up an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) that will monitor all emergency-related incidents in the city.

THE Land Transportation Regulatory and Franchising Board (LTFRB) said it will impose fines of P1,000 to drivers of jeepneys charging the P8.50 minimum fare for the first four kilometers without having or displaying their respective fare matrixes.
