City Councilor Michael Fernandez strongly thinks so as he urged the city council to review some ordinances that set aside the collections of different offices as trust funds for the use of the same to improve their services

THE city government of Dagupan is set to revive the old night market phased out by the past city administration.

Councilor Jesus Canto, chair of the city councilor’s committee on market, said he will sponsor a resolution urging Mayor Alipio Fernandez Jr. to bring back the old night market due to persistent request of vendors and buyers.
