MELANIE Grace Heng of barangay Lasip Grande was crowned Miss Dagupan City 2007 along with her royal court at the city plaza last Wednesday on the eve of the fiesta.

Rounding up her royal court were other beauties that included Plinkee Delos Reyes (barangay Caranglaan) first runner up, Camille Ann Castro (barangay Bolosan) second runner up, Alanna Cuison (barangay Pogo Chico) third runner up, and Arnelynne Balolong (Bonuan Boquig) fourth runner up.
Heng, 17, received a P30,000 cash prize from the city fiesta executive committee aside from winning the Miss Natasha special award, and other special prizes from pageant sponsors.

The first, second, third and fourth runners up received P20, 000,P10, 000, P5,000 and P5,000 respectively. .

Special awards for the night went to Rosalyn Claveria of Lasip Chico as Smart Texter’s Choice and Krizzlyne Regin Cendaña of Herrero-Perez who won the the Miss Dagupan Practical Shooters Association special plum.
