CAMP BGEN OSCAR M FLORENDO—Good news to 1,098 police personnel from the four provinces in the Ilocos region.

Those recommended for promotion are assigned to the different police provincial offices and units of the police in Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte.

The recommendation by the Regional Police Office was in recognition of the outstanding performance of the men in PRO1 in enforcing laws and in implementing the key programs of the police, such as “Winnning Wars against the Rebels Without Firing a Single Shot”, and in “Touching People’s Lives” through “Pulis Ko, Teacher Mo” “Pulis Ko, TextMate Ko” and others.

Recommended for promotion are 736 police officers IIs for promotion to poliec officers III, 268 PO3s to SPO1, 27 SPO1s to SPO2, 33 SPO2s to SPO3 and 34 SPO3s to SPO4.

PRO1 is a contender as back-to-back champion for Best PRO in the entire country this year, after bagging the award last year.
