THE city of Dagupan and Milpitas City in California, U.S.A. have renewed their bond of friendship when they signed an extended sisterhood pact.

The signing of a new Memorandum of Agreement between the two cities took place October 16 in Milpitas by Dagupan City Mayor Alipio Fernandez and Milpitas City Mayor Jose Esteves, who is himself a native of Dagupan City. Read the rest of this entry »

A WOMAN German national expressed profused thanks to two barangay officials who collared an 18-year old boy just after stealing jewelry from her rented apartment on Monday night.

The boy gained access to the rented apartment of rose Falkenberg, 58, on Primicias Street by scaling a high concrete fence and entering the apartment through its open dirty kitchen.

Timely action of two barangay officials led to the arrest of Crisanto de la Cruz, 18, who was caught armed with a pointed weapon. Read the rest of this entry »
