3 notorious rob gangs neutralized in La Union

CAMP BGEN OSCAR M. FLORENDO – Three robbery syndicates operating in various parts of La Union, one of which is headed by two lady thieves, have been neutralized, the Police Regional Office 1 announced on Thursday.

The three groups were busted by police operatives in a series of operations early this week.

Supt. Sterling Raymund Blanco, chief intelligence officer of the La Union Police, identified one of these syndicates as the Bullag group, headed by sisters Sandie and Princess Bullag.

The other is the Herminigildo robbery gang headed by Leo Chris Herminigildo and Ariel Ducusin.

A third group neutralized was the Balgos snatching syndicate led by Christopher Balgos and Rex Cabailla.

Blanco said the Bullag sisters were arrested at the CSI Mall in San Fernando City while the Balgos leaders were caught in barangay Nazareno, Agoo town.

Police operatives apprehended Herminigildo and Ducusin in barangay Santiago Norte, San Fernando City.
