I believe it has something to do with inside job. It is just too much to be called a random crime, if not someone from inside the bank gives these goons tips on who is withdrawing large sum of money. Don't the bank have a procedure to shield their customers from robbers? I know that the PNB has a plan to let their customers use the "back door" if a customer widraws a big amount of money. A customer is then under a watchful eye of the security guard until that customer gets into his vehicle. This has to be done in every bank to protect customers. There should be a police visibility within the bank's vicinity to ensure safety. I am familiar with the places described by the writer where the robbery took place and where the motorcycle was found.
